It was really a pity to see how the Machines and the Cyphs ignored todays delivery, even though a lot of 'em was online. Once again, Zion-EPN forces encountered no resistance.

Ahhh... Missed it because of the Time Saving. It ended a few days ago in my place and I just didn't know that it would end for Pacific Zone only on November 2... So I missed the delivery for one hour exactly.

Reports comfirm today's delivery was unsuccessful. Merovingian operatives terminated the courier and forced his reconstruction.
Successful termination of the courier was executed by ThePhantomPain twice at 18:09:50 and 18:10:53.
Successful revival of the courier was executed by Skybruin at 18:10:31 and 18:11:42.

After further review of system logs, I've confirmed it was DrSmith who applied the Buffer Overflow debuff that reduced the courier's reconstruct timer to one minute upon the second kill by ThePhantomPain.
I'm updating secondary objectives to include DrSmith as a retaliatory target for Zion and EPN due to his critical effort towards the kill and forced reconstruction that prevented this delivery from succeeding.

How do you calculate it? I'm GMT+2, and as far as I know it makes 10 hours of difference with Mega City Time again after the November 2... Am I wrong?

MCT (city time) is the time in-game (type /time). Coincides with Pacific time (PST/PDT), which I believe is GMT - 8 hrs
