i know of a couple on syntax... beware of putting it in a trade window!!!! It changes them back, or at least it use to... Not sure about now. But, yea, i think you'd def. be talkin about selling multiple souls for one of the very few on syntax. 
yeah i dont think many will give it up if they have one of these "special" bullets.
To my knowledge there are only 3 left, theres a rumor theres another but I am not sure about that one.
I've heard of a fourth too but he doesn't play any more and may have been borrowing anyway...
