Hey everyone, I purchased MXO through direct2download or somethign like that then I put in the activation code @ station.sony.com and now when I try to get on it says my account has been disabled??? Is there anyone who knows how I can fix this/what I should do? When I click the support button it takes me to a broken page so no help there...thanks in advance

The fact you're able to post here would suggest the account and subscription are open. Apart from that, cant say i've heard of anything like this.

Sorry to hear about this problem right off the bat. Hopefully you'll get it resolved by monday afternoon at the very latest.
Just to prepare you, when you sign in, there will be a VERY long initial patch. Most likely over an hour, but likely not longer than 4 hours. After that, you'll have to decide which server to create a character on. If you know anyone that plays, I'd suggest joining up with them. But if not, the servers go like this:
Syntax has a large RP base and the most population.
Vector is the hostile server. Everyone above lvl 16 is attackable. Fair population.
Recursion hase a RP and PvP base but a fair population.
If you choose recursion, look me up.

By the way, if anyone has this problem all you have to do is first enter the activation code @ sony station. Next you need to input credit card info and select 1 month payment. Then you will enter all your info. It will give you a 0.00 charge for the 1st month but a month later you will be charged. After that you will be able to get onto MXO with you sony station account.

haven't decided yet, patch is still going, its been doin its thing all day my comp is kinda slow and it IS a 2 GB file after all so yea. I'm thinkin of the 3rd server you said just because im not interested in a heavy population but still want to meet some nice people. I'll decide tomorrow morning thanks for all your hellp!
I'm from Vector. And i'll say that people either love, or hate the situation here.
It's pretty much right that the population isnt as high on Vector as it is on the other Servers, but because of that, you will find the tightest knit community out there. Nearly everybody on vector knows each other. And there are amazing factions on each organisations. I'll always be a vectorite.
But for fairness, i'd advise you to make a character on each server for a week or so and try them all out, then see which you want to stick with. Good luck in the mega city!
