Spiderman 4/5 gets the green lit filmed together

a few reports out of holly wood are coming out today that Sam Raimi have Signed contracts to do the films  it seems like this will be a two part film  and set to be released in 2011.  seems good if they got Raimi and Tobey back i just hope sony doesnt force Raimi to do any villians that he doesnt want to do like they did with venom as i think thats why the 3rd was bad  but if they let raimi have 100 percent controll of this movie again it should deffintly be good
