For what you have to do for them the Seraphims are great, but are generally thought to be a PvP essential item and as such almost everyone wears them. I have to agree that the buffs could be set to 5 or 6% to have a noteworthy effect in pvp. Even on the healer's timer I don't think an extra .18 seconds will cut their spamming down much. The 25 pts are pretty nice though, very nice actually

Shame, I had atcually set aside 36 Marbles and a Stage 3 thingy in anticipation for these boots, and to be honest what a let-down. The buffs are totally not worth anything, sure they look nice but I was hoping for something that might atcually replace my broken seraphims. Oh well.(cba to get a new pair right now)

Um, doesn't look that great stat-wise. Here's why:
Say you have an ability that pacifies for 10 seconds. Increase that by 3% (Making the duration 103% of normal), and you get a whopping grand total of 10.3 seconds. Not that fantastic of an increase, and pacify is pretty exclusive to the Network hacker and up trees.
But the shoes themselves look-wise don't look too shabby.

Seraphims are just fine. If you want these boots to be used in PvP though I'd suggest putting the durations up to at least 30%. Also; is that a new tattoo?
