Is funneling soldier parts an exploit or not?

As Nubious said, an exploit is something that gives one player an unfair advantage over another.  I don't see anyway that this would do that so I guess it's not.

Brewko says a lot of things, doesnt mean that hes right. It just means that its a good idea to stop since he has a ban stick and we dont.
