Launch Error

Hey,

i'm new to the matrix online thing but i really wanna play it , i got the digital copy from D2D and installed it perfectly, but now after i input my user name and pass its goes on to update my game nut it jus stays stuck on scanning xptl.dll, i left it on like that before and got the error message "download was cancled before the content was complete" or summit like that, anyway i havent got any idea how to fix, can someone help me out please?

I am by no means an expert in this field, but I am conscious how frustrating it can be; waiting for someone to answer with advice.

Option1/ Do you have some anti-virus software active (I guess Norton)? This will delay the download and might have prompted the time-out message. Could you disable the software and try then?

Option2/ If you went through D2D, do you have it on a Download Manager? I'm just thinking that there might have been a corruption which is causing the error. Could you delete the program file and complete the download again?
