The Matrix

    Jeez you guys... its been forever since I've started playing on the Iterator Instance... So many storylines have come and gone, along with people... A whole company has come and gone in the time of the Matrix Online.. I started playing at the end of my 8th grade year of gradeschool, and now i'm still playing (after a series of off and on spells) at the beginning of my Senior Year... This game has been with me through a large part of my life...
    I remember every faction i was in... Antediluvians the first Faction I have ever been in in any game. Antediluvians were a great bunch of people and I miss every single one of them. I joined Kings of Never after that while they were still in their prime... Then I joined my first machine faction, the Rakshas, a great bunch of people including theconstant and Cap0ne... I then joined my current faction The Collective and am enjoying gaming with them.
    My Favorite Event had to have been the fly monsters event, because it was the first event my computer could actually handle.. We as a community have been through 10 chapters of the Matrix Online game, and now our numbers are diminishing real fast... I miss logging in and going to Mara Central to barely be able to load it.. Not like just this morning going to Mara and seeing 7 players on /who.... I just really miss the good old days where there were over a hundred people logged in to a server at once ...  If you share this feeling for the Matrix Online... Go ahead and post ur faction history, what you've been doing in your life since the start of MxO, and your favorite event, or LE character, or Cinematic... because It'll make you feel something that you've not realized was there the whole time...

I started with the Red Code Army which was the only faction I ever was in for a LONG time. took a few months off and tried reviving it recently (about 5 months ago I believe ) but that petered out to nothing. So I talked to a friend who was interested in joining and we both created Merovech Inc and tied the RCA saga into Merovech, so far we are doing pretty good!

Favorite event for me was the vampire and lupine uprising.

Nowadays our faction is attempting to invent new events. The first one we ever did was two weeks ago and it was alot of fun to do.

Some people are still old enough to remember the Coderise event that I put together to explain Void's transition from human being to Exile, and I'm reminded that it was HighAngel who struck the killing blow, facilitating the whole process (and earning him a Sakura Bandanna and some Widows' Moor lenses in the process, which were at the time the ultimate items to have.)

Anyway, just thought I'd share some old memories to remind you that your contributions, at least to this player's personal story, have not been forgotten.
