I agree with Gami. It could just be that they don't have proof that you are actually in their org. Also, are you in a faction? That might help the interaction with the story/liaisons. Even if you aren't informed, someone in your faction might be. Might help to ask them if something is going down. Also, if you want to introduce yourself to your org's liaison, it might help them know what org you are in if you tell them the name of your faction.
