Pretty predictable, Gray doesn't know if the Merv actually has the BIP or not, but he wants us to go check. We chat with some Ouroboros security who don't let us unto the sealed area, and leave to avoid combat. Gray gives 2 lvl 255 helper (non-teamed, would-be NPC farmers) Agents to chat with an Ouroboros bureaucrat, who basically says "Back off." We leave, the Agents stay, and we go check an Exile's hole for information about the BIP's possible whereabouts. Download his HD to operator silently, then mission over.
All in all not much to see here, no computers to be hacked or anything like that. I'll have to re-do the mission later, just to see if there's anything behind the hidden door in the Ouroboros building.

I also thought it was strange how when the two Agents stayed behind, one said "ordinance such and such" was in violation, like they didn't even want to bother to come up with a real reason! And like they were going to stay behind and like rough up the Ouroboros workers or something O.o

The other Agent said something like 'Unauthorised Smoking detected'. I think that they were told to come up with a reason to stay behind to keep an eye on the place. However looks like the company of Ouroboros doesn't leave much to use as a reason.
I must say that an Agent saying 'Such and Such' was a bit odd. Improvisation must not be their strong suit, but then I'd have thought they could come up with some a complete reason even if it were some Government type red tape issue. I'm sure that Agents would rather use a real excuse and state the exact and full nature of the issue even if it's very minor. Probably why the second Agent noted the unauthorised Smoking.
