Mmm... and one of the casualties seems to be the forum for the A:B site: it seems to have disappeared (Unless the site is just having a glitch).

I entirely agree with your assesment, Definate freaky corner of craziness. But how is this linked to Fallout?
99 percent sure it's a red herring. The US Burea of Morality was part of the Year Zero ARG put out by Nine Inch Nails. Even had a USBM warning label on the back of the CD artwork with a phone number that could be called for a message.
Can't seem to find the link to the website though. Must be dead.
The presence of a NIN reference, however, reeks of 999.
Not to mention the NIN song brian used on his Myspace page.
