Getting a deleted char back

I deleted my character Pascal, level 50 on Vector years and years ago. I remade him on Recursion with the same name. After about a year i decided i couldn't be arsed leveling another player to 50. I emailed the CCR guys and he (I forget who it was. Ber..w..something) restored my level 50 Pascal and deleted my Pascal on Recursion.

So even though you make the another character with the same name on another server, it can be restoed.

However, i'm not sure about making another character with the same name on the same server.
