Old servers, old faces, old combat moves...

We have a current screenshot thread; this one is for the oldies.

These are what I came across on a quick browse. (I don't post pvp screenshots typically, but there are a few in here that are ancient.) So without further delay, here comes a 12 minute load time:

And that's about all I have prior to CR2. Sadly, I didn't know how to take pictures easily until about that point, and most of these were taken by hitting print screen, pasting to paint ASAP, and hoping that it came out okay. I'm sure I do have a few more somewhere that just aren't on my photobucket yet, though.

Obscurci actually tried to tell me Cryptos was over written once in an obscure manner.
Funny thing is she was the second Cypherite that ever contacted us before the tags were given out and I never have even seen her before face to face until this screenshot. I actually thought it was a guy.

My first player event, run by Gothique.

The first time I met Niobe, before the Assassin event.

The sky (and my horrible fashion sense... actually it's not too terrible) during the Assassin event.

2nd meeting with Niobe, directly after the Assassin had been defeated.  Looks like I was too much of a noob to take pictures DURING the climax of the event.

I asked for help getting the Ability Maker ability and, low and behold, Brewko gives me one!  This is why I've never had a problem with him.

The "event" when Merrit was instated.  She directly referrenced me and I fell in love with her and almost pooped my pants at the same time.  :P

Blue Sky event.  I was less of a noob at this point and would have taken pictures during the climax, but unfortunately I had to miss out on it due to a family trip.  I'm still bitter about that.

3rd time I met Niobe.

Merrit asked me to be a part of an event that only had like 6 people in it and I agreed, but hey, look at that, another family trip.  I missed out on this one as well.  Woe is me.  This was also back when I had a faction.  :P

A lot of people couldn't make that one. We got hit with a wrecking crew of Machinists and it was MISSION FAIL pretty quickly.

First time we met with Merrit.

The elusive Ms. Finch dropping a line in Union Hill the night before Blue Sky. We never did find her that night. Also pictured is the infamous PZ and one of the original Cypherite liaisons, Khursun. I have no idea who the Morpheus' Final Hope guy is.

Blue sky was definitely the best skybox ever.

When hacker style was released before CR2, with 500CT? Beat a box 4 together with Sykin, loaded only with Hacker style and a few CT buffs. lol

Argh. Why is it that nobody ever seems to have any screenshots from when the sky was filled with flies or when the Assassin corrupted the city's monuments? I've been asking for some of these off and on for years now and nobody ever has them or is willing to post them.

I have one with the flies. Let me look it up.
