Has any one else have problem with there archive missions? If so where were you, because i had archives that would not start in international, but than once i went to west veiw it worked.

Yep some archives have to be started in Richland.
yeah cause certain missions require you to go to tabor area and or uriah i know thats true atleast for chapter 5
