I just hit twenty, got exited to finally get some cool abilities, went to code one, and it asked for a red fragment that can't be made with bits. I have a few, but those were picked up at complete random, my question is; do specific gangs carry specific frags? Is there a list some where? And do all Items/abilities after twenty require them? Thanks for any help!
