raise cap to a higher lvl, within vector, to get people who quit too return. Think it would work?

It's a really bad idea. If the cap is raised it will need to be raised across the board.
As soon as the first people work out the best hybrid builds for level 60, the /ccrs will go through the roof.
I'm also getting this in before a) my subscription expires in a matter of hours, and b) before this thread degenerates.

If the people who quit the game before quit because they had nothing to do, well, a hard grind to a higher level isn't all that an enticing prospect. If there was a plethora of new gear released alongside that (which would take far too much time for Rarebit, therefore rendering this whole process impossible) then they might return to check it out.

There's just not enough manpower to make it happen.
