Ouroboros makes Toasters and household appliances. The operator pointed out his toaster was made by them.

Toasters are also slang for machine.

So what to expect? Ouroboros infiltration and machine battering most likely.

:: Checks:: Actually, the Landlord has his regular hangout catty-corner across from the Ouroboros building. Mr. Black is in Stratford Campus, but that's still very close...

I noticed the Merovingian sort of repeated himself in this one, I don't know if it was on purpose or not but the first time you talk to him, he says

"Evidently, the Machines, while doing their best to keep us out of Ouroboros, are themselves personae non gratae inside that company's walls. Rather remarkable... And I think Ouroboros would be interested to hear about, oh, the Machines hiring Cypherites to break into their offices, not to mention having some of their own operatives tamper with security systems there.

It is all described in this letter I have prepared. Be so kind as to deliver it to Ouroboros. I think they'll find it...enlightening."

And then when you talk to him after getting the letter he says

"See to it that you deliver it to their official personally.

Hmhmhm... The Machines do not have as much practice at playing les deux cs walls. Rather remarkable... And I think Ouroboros would be interested to hear about, oh, the Machines hiring Cypherites to break into their offices, not to mention having some of thier own operatives tamper with security systems there.

It is all described in this letter I have prepared. Be so kind as to deliver it to Ouroboros. I think they'll find it...enlightening."

This was very interesting! At first we tried to get into the Ouroboros computers again using our passwords but the first place we tried already had an alarm set off for some other reason, and the second place the computer was damaged! So then we went to see the Merv who wanted to deliver a letter to Ouroboros talking about the Machines hiring Cypherites to break into Ouroboros! In the Ouroboros office there was a Machine Agent there demanding to go inside to see the official but they wouldn't let him! They told him to wait in the hall if he was going to be disruptive lol! And they let me right through to deliver the letter! Now I guess we see how Ouroboros reacts to it!

Every time I read the summary to this mission, especially the first time I did it, Flood's headache somehow becomes contagious. Ow.

I didn't get that glitch, Nicks. He just finished speaking after his little n'est-ce pas? line.

Fun writing on this mission: I loved the chatterbox Elite Guard and his rapid-fire questions: must be a fairly new Exile learning about the world, and he's eager to do so!

Wonder just why Mr. Black was speaking with the Merv... Too bad he was a say-nothing.

And poor Flood and his migrane. ./snarkasm
