I really liked this one, too. It gave me a reason to be interested in Ourboros and certainly thickened the plot.

Can't wait to see what happens next.

Machine crits have definitely been my favs so far this subchapter and it was nice getting some confirmation on the stuff alot of us have speculated =P

I already knew most of the stuff here by the time I got to it, but still interesting to here. I wonder if the Oligarchs even care much about the Merv attacks.

I do kinda wonder though, if Wright had technology allowing humans to jack in without a jack, did she use the same thing? Would've been easier to fake her death, although Sentinels actually saw her and killed her, right?

Anyway, like the stuff with the businesses of the Mega City. Let's hope the climax isn't long and drawn out, though.

edit: this was the crit with the locked door with 2 NPC's behind it right? anyone see who it was?

Oooh okay so Agent Gray told us that Ouroboros is the Oligarch's company and they have been refusing to let the Machines deal with the problems the Merovingian has been causing! They want to handle it themselves and the Machines are worried that the company will tell the Oligarchs and they will send in overrides! The Machines don't want this to happen so they send me and a couple of Agents to go talk to one of the Ouroboros executives! This did not go well at all and the executive insisted that Ouroboros security can deal with any problems! Sooo Agent Gray instead wanted to mess up their communications so they wouldn't be able to get in touch with the Oligarchs! To do that we had to cause a distraction by setting off an alarm in another of their offices! This worked for the most part except a guard that stayed behind at the building with the computer we were heading to next! We was easy to beat but when we used the computer an override code showed up and the computer stopped working! :O Gray was worried that this might mean the Oligarchs have already been notified!

I liked the bluepills in the office where you set off the alarms SMILEY One of them kept thinking I was someone named Francis and talking about all these old times we had together! SMILEY She did say the last time we met was four years ago... and that is about the time that we were all still bluepills! Hmmmm!

I wanna know who was behind the locked door. D; Was it me and the executive from the Merv mission? That would seem pretty awesome. ... and a bit time paradoxical for me..

Edit: Oh, and the girl in the alarm phase was so difficult to not kill... all that screeching... she sounded like an alarm herself.
