"Character does not exist."

When I was helping a good friend of mine farm a Troll's Hide my froze up between reconstruction and the loading area and I was forced to exit the game manually.

Now I try to log in (my other characters are fine) and it says the character I am using does not exist.

The character is Shickle on the Syntax server, if anyone who can do anything is reading this.

I really hope this can be resolved quickly. I have been pursuing a completed login for roughly around an hour and 15 minutes now. Again, all my other characters work fine.

The holiday weekend might delay the process more than usual, but I hope this gets sorted for you soon!

I'm getting this now..... anyone else had their account sorted yet?

I would try live support but I the security certificate is not valid so I cant get to the live chat page

Weird.......my account is now working.  I submitted a /ccr from anther char ingame.  you might wanna try that
