"Failure due to corrupted files. Run a virus scan, then retry with "Full System Check".If problem persists, click the support button in the launcher."
Let me just say, that i never had this problem...But after this hotfix, meh!!I did a Virus scan and Full System Check and i still get this message!!! Any suggestions?
*CENSORED* that's a tough one, if all else fails you may have to completely reinstall the game, just make sure you save your screen shots and make a backup copy of you profiles folder in your mxo files.
Make sure you run the correct 2-stage Full System Check (there is a link in the Solutions Summary FAQ in this forum).
If that fails back up your profiles folder and then reinstall (again the Solutions Summary FAQ has a link to all your installation options and downloads).
If you run the game on Vista with active UAC then the System Directory Redirection messes up your game completely. Perhaps that might have caused this crap. UAC redirects all non-Admin write access from real System Directories (e. g. C:\Windows, C:\Program Files, etc.) into the user's VirtualStore folder. That has been known to cause problems with MxO: For example saved Loadouts and User Interface settings end up in VirtualStore. If a game patch gets "redirected" then the whole game is a complete mess.
Either elevate the game to full Admin rights to circumvent that
Or install the game (and maybe other pre-Vista games too) in a seperate full read-write access directory that is not subject to UAC redirection
