Since Rarebit has taken it upon himself to update the above on a monthly basis, its time to have a monthly contest, where prizes will be given for the following:

Each NEW person to show up in the Top 100 will earn an info prize
The person already within the Top 100 that climbs the highest in rank will earn an info prize
The person already within the Top 100 that climbs the highest in CQs will earn an info prize

This will be checked every time Rarebit updates the List and the info prize will be divided from whatever is collected each month from Donations to the pot.

Right now I believe SD holds the pot from the last contest from Woken that was never awarded, and kept for a later time - The time has come - (SD whats that amount if you still have it and would you like to be the person that 'holds the pot' each month?)

While the "random chat thread" was seen as spam, this one has a purpose!

Post here whenever theres some great pvp battles out there (like the one tonite) so that it wont seem like Vector is as dead as ppl make it out to be. (pics welcome too)

All I gotta say is I picked a good nite to jack in this week, after just finishing a 3 hr pvp session with Zion all over Richland.

ML must have had their powerleveling night tonite with Madbent cuz they had about 10ppl from ML and about 5-6 other Zions, going against 7-8 mervs at the most. After ML logged off, some other EPNs stayed fighting at Uriah, then Mara again, and last at Camon C.

Good times and good fun with the Merv team we had going.

last night was weird. mervs def had the numbers..but zion and machine had numbers that would normally control isht anyother time. i dont know where all those mervs came from, lol. just luck i guess. reminded me somewhat of vector in the old days. good times.

   Well tonight, a Team of 5 Machs, valiantly led by Systematica, backed by the power of the Epsilon, along with oooRoyooo, SokudaBlade, Killsoon (and some low level n00bs), fought Myself, Darknight, and Thorkis from ML, and Anderson0ne.

   It all started when I found and destroyed a mission Team of 3 low level Machines at Tabor West. Then, I waited for the supporting 50 to arrive. When he did, I began to dispatch him. To my great surprise, just a few moves from killing the 50, I got sniped by none other than Systematica. She brought with her a few other Machine operatives.

   Using the power of /callzerg 5.0, I quickly summoned a much greater force, both of MLs and random EPNs. When the overwhelming Zion force cleaned out the Machine operatives at Tabor, many of the Zions had to return to their hovercrafts and leave the battle scene.

   However, that wasn't the end of it, as a pitched battle raged across Mara for the better part of 90 minutes between the Zion and Machine operatives previously mentioned. We managed to dominate the last 45 minutes or so of the battle. Apparently, as you can see from below, I had so badly messed up Systematica's combat routines due to her overlapping Death Effects that she was unable to successfully lead her operatives. Even with Epsilon doing the work of 2 average Machs, it was not enough.

   It was a very fun exercise, mostly due to the relative close balance throughout the battle. I applaud the Machines that fought so well, as well as commend the bravery of the two low levels that were repeatedly sent back to their loading areas.
