The encounter with the Ouroboros Corporation's Miss Lahler--not one of their model employees, as it was found--reminded me of why I make it a practice to avoid intoxicated females. For the most part, this is best accomplished by ignoring them completely. I'm certain she was exaggerating on the power plant part... maybe a big chunk of Creston, but not the whole city, or the Machines would really be looking into that.
