Question about datamine (regaurding lower lvl datamining)

So anyways, I've been lvling an alt on syntax and just recently noticed in datamine that for low lvls, below lets say about 40, which my charactor is lvl 25, anyways I noticed that in the lower lvl areas for datamine there are next to 0 nodes. Even holding the datamine luggable I still couldn't get anything and just left the archive cause it wasn't worth it.

So I wonder if it's a bug with datamine or if it's intentional, if it is then that is *CENSORED*. Lvl 50s can farm info but lower lvls that need the info to lvl up their abilities can't? HUH?

Anyways I'd like to know if anyone has any information on this cause it has me slightly confused as to why only lvl 50s can datamine and lower lvls are forced to just mission.

Plus if it is a bug, then I suggest it get solved and I will personally send in a ccr about it after I'm done posting this.

There are nodes, some just might be scattered in the high level areas.

That's my point, you don't make an area for lower lvls to datamine in and then make the nodes spawn randomly in the construct. Everytime I've gone in there as the alt it's been the same way, maybe 4 or 5 then none. I think that should be looked at or make the nodes everywhere farmable by lower lvls and just make them miss more but if you have the luggable I think you shouldn't miss even on lvl 50 nodes.

My current character is lvl 37 and i've been to datamine a couple times. In one of the two low level sections where I can actually tap data mines I usually find between 5 and 15 nodes. Most small, one or two larger ones. Going between these two sections I can constantly get nodes, so i've never had a problem with it. This is on Recursion btw.
