Having a small target of target pane would be nice.

Also, being able to see which buffs friendly or even hostile players have on them, signified by small icons would be helpful too.

Seconded,

Wow has this and makes things alot easier.Also the buff icons gets rid of any chance for people to worry or accuse each other about any stacking exploits.
