Login > Account Disabled?

Hi there, I just bought and downloaded the Matrix Online, as well as entered my activation code for 30 days of gameplay. I try to log in, but it says my Account is Disabled. What do I do?

I also get a 404 Page every time I try to log in.

Hey there.

When you registered the account, did you also enter billing info for the subscription? If not then that will be why it is currently disabled. SOE requires you to enter billing info to confirm the subscription, there is nothing to stop you from cancelling it again as soon as you've entered it though.
