Why doesnt this surprise me.... I knew the council wasn't going to let Locke come back and resume command that easily. His time with EPN has drawn some fear and doubt to the council's mind, and now Locke is demoted to an "advisor"...... I would say this is the makings of some future conflict. Lets see where this goes..

The man's been through hell and I don't think he'd mind a little time consorting with the population of New Zion while providing advisory to command. The man's as dedicated to Zion as it comes, so I can't really see how he'd see clear to spark conflict and damage the city and people he loves, despite what you ignorant jack-pullers may think.
