Yeah from vendors. The lower lvl abs will be at mara c, check round about they vendors. As u start lvln up and progressin through u'll find new vendors (only 1's that comes to mind is the 1's in Sai Kung.)
U can code all u'r own abs by goin down the coder tree. This is the way i done it and it saves time leapin from vendor to vendor to see if the ab u'r wantin is there (prob is gettin the frags to code the abs). Some abs can only be coded and can't be found from vendors, think its the abs to the side of the 3rd tier.
