I was wondering which of the blocks are easiest to complete when it comes to speed. [Level 40] I've been doing 9.3 for the loot, but with the change to archive missions giving full XP, it would be nice to know which I can run for more a more effective time.

Well, 1.1 had the fewest missions (three) for what that's worth.
I'd suggest not just looking at the time it takes, but also if the missions are very similar. If you can find a set of missions where each mission is a different, it wont seem repetative and bore you as much when you go into the grind... if that is what your planning.

The grind isn't what bothers me, as grinding in MxO has the upside of always look bad *CENSORED*, I'd just like to finally hit 50 so I can do some peeveeppee!
Oh, something else to note, unless your doing these for the Merovingian Archive clothing (Demon Army Trench/Blood Noble Trench) you can do the Machine and Zion archives too as the Archive missions dont give/take away reputation.
There is also some good looking clothing from the archive rewards too.

Merv Trader: Near Sai Kung C (He is called Merovingian Analyst I think)
Zion Trader: Near Camon C (Similar Name)
Machine Trader: Near Mara C
Just look for the 'Collector' icon on the minimap
