I don't have the Elite Gear on Recursion, but I have the Elite Jacket and Leggings on Vector, which I don't really use/need that much right now. Would like to exchange for same (or even two other Elite Commando clothings) on Recursion.
Gender doesn't matter as you can trade genders at the vendor there.
