Ah, one tournament thread still open. I'd like to take this chance to say that he technically didn't do anything that violates the TOS. We got had. This will serve as an exercise that reminds us to look at the fine print. Enjoy the lulz while it lasts.

Pretty sure that the Assassin mask isn't that rare, I would assume a lot of people have it in their e-mails for next Halloween. If Cap0ne did his homework and asked everyone on Recursion if they have it and they didn't... I guess he could then pass it off as rare...
Must not be so rare on syntax, cause Halloween time I saw quite a few people running around as the assassin.
Hardest to get does not necessarily mean Rare though, just means that people have to put the effort into getting it and as Kybutra said, quite a few have it, on Syntax at least.
