Project Mayhem deactivated 2 of them, Myself and Brommerz77.

I'm not sure who got the other.

Good work disabling the Code Pulses everyone.

I can understand why Halborn isn't taking the advice, but surely it's not worth the risk?

Seems Halborns ignorance was his downfall. We warned him, yet he failed to listen. Good riddance.
