Today the Forum Members are getting invitations to REGISTER for Beta.
This does not mean they are automatically IN the beta, just invited to register.
As a result of this invitation, the registration website (as you can only imagine) is being put to the test.
PLEASE do not email or PM me, the webmaster, the forum admin, the forum moderators, my relatives or any developers / staff members if you are unable to get to the link the first time. Wait a few hours and try again.
We'll get you all into the database as soon as we can but be patient... there are a LOT of you!
So like yeah, I got one but doesn't mean we are in beta.

The game "looks" beautiful, and I cant wait to see what kind of combat system they have lined up, as well as the vehicles/races/classes, well everything.
I just see WIN.

This was the game I remember a lot of people saying they'd consider leaving MxO for, depending how it is of course.

Same, but what was wierd, when I checked my account on the website about a month ago I noticed my address was changed to:
4140 East Baseline Rd
Suite 208
Mesa, Arizona 85206
and my name was changed to CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN
....
not my name, and not my address...oddly enough that's the address for Cheyenne Mountain's headquarters office (Cheyenne Mountain is one of SGW's publishers). Needless to say I thought it a bit odd when I checked it and promptly re-submitted my correct info, which seems to have stuck this time. Those that applied a while back might want to check their profile to see if it got fubar'd like mine. =/

Well I rechecked my account. Details were correct but the beta box was unchecked 
Now I know I had it selected before...

The latest build of the game added several cool features, including maps and mini maps, the Harset quest set and Reverse Engineering of items. If you're in the beta, be sure to check out these new additions and let us know what you think.

Signed up for this a WHILE ago like a few mentioned here. Still have not gotten an invite to the beta just yet. Only think I've recieved is the newsletter. Here's hoping I get one soon!

As far as i got was uploading the directx info..there is however a space for a key there now! 
well kybutra it is gonna be buggy... it is closed beta after all that what its all about isnt it..? testing and writeing reports help fix it lol?
Yup, that's what alpha/betas are about. I've never been in one that wasn't full of bugs (otherwise, what are the testers there for?) All I can hope is that they don't push it out early. Also, I'm a little suspicious about the distinctly non-Stargate turn it's taken in many aspects from announce until now...
What I ment was it was so buggy every few steps you would fall through the ground or your hud would go missing etc, time will tell for this game.
I'd love to test this out :/ <3 stargate and as riac said it will deffinately prove tempting providing it delivers as much as anticipated.

NDA (Short for "Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a contract you have to agree to to be able to participate in beta testing this program. By signing it you agree NOT TO TELL ANYONE that you are in beta, been invited or anything else related to this program. If you breach this agreement you can face legal ramifications, Ranging from life-time ban to the more serious hefty fines. Also, If you are under the age of 18, Forget it, You are not getting in!

Actually when this thread was made beta hadn't even started and it was just an email saying you will be able to sign up for beta.
