I wasn't sure if I should put this in the Dev Roundtable but anyways.I've recently replayed the Matrix: Path of Neo and got an ideea.Yeah i know how this sounds, but bear with me for a sec.I was thinking of those wall posters in MxO, and all the ad boards around the city, the image that comes in mind most are the walls next to the hardline at Tabor E: Instead of having nothing but a "post your ad" on them, why not encourage companies like NVidia™ or Honda™, etc. to advertise using MxO?I mean, who cares it's the world of 1999, PON was made in 2005 or so and it still had ads of NVidia and others on the walls.What i mean is, instead of having fake ads, you could have real ones and that would definetly help MxO's budget.Of course, those companies would have to be the ones accepting it, cuz they're paying for the ads, but why not suggest it?

Just a thought.

It does have real world ads... just not if you live in Europe SMILEY

I'm from the US and there's one blank right here in Mara C. Would be nice to see either players to be able to have stuff advertised or maybe have the devs make some billboards to advertise ingame clothing items like they used to:

DanInst was a 2nd prize. I never saw any of the 1st prize winners in game, though, with the exception of the Club Deus one above.

I'm pretty sure I've seen the Highway Crossing Frog ad as well as the Deus ad. I could be mistaken, though.

Deus is a 1st place winning ad but never seen it in game as well i just put that up there...post-PS

That was the original intention. I'll see if I can dig it up, but somewhere I have a screenshot of one of the billboards featuring an ad for the movie Constantine. And I do believe I recall seeing Intel at one point.

Yeah , i thought it might have been but i haven't seen some well known (by me) recent ads. And no, I dont live in Europe, Solid, North America rather.Perhaps i dont have that much TV knowledge lol.

P.S.: Thanks DB for being one of the few to actually be on topic.No offence to others but I was suggesting helping the MxO's budget not showing off fan art, regardless of its quality.

WTH at Hardline 'Phone' detail (I have textures at high and mine doesn't look like that) and the skyline with all the buildings! Never seen that before either. Or is the pict just edited and I can't see it.

Yeah i heard that back in beta or CR1 they advertised movies and things like that. It would be cool if they would at least put those winner ones in the game...
