Yeah, i think it's just vector.  I just logged on to my lvl 16 syntax character with no problem.

Working on getting the server restarted now... should be back to normal shortly.

Well, it was back up so I jacked in, then a couple of minutes later I got the margin server failover, shutting down error.  I hope I don't have a character in use problem when everything gets sorted out...
