someone plz help me i just bought the game and activated it by the activation code

and when i installed the game
i logged in and told me authenicating... failure. your account has been disabled for additional account information click on the account button

all i did is log in and i get banned for what

plz help me

Don't think your banned, if that calms you down any - I've been suspended several times and it normally says. "Your account has been banned by a gamemaster."

I know that doesn't help you much, but just to calm you down I'm pretty much sure you're not banned atleast.

Click the account button and check your account is up and running. I usually get that message when I attempt to log in when I'm not subscribed to the game.

yeah see if ur status on your subscription says "Active"
