Today holds a sad day in the hearts of all.

We can confirm that the Oracle has been struck down by The Intruder; Halborn, when she refused to hand over the devise he required from her.

She was a crazy ol' girl who some hated for who she was and what she knew.

All I know is this, she will be missed.

May you now find peace from those who doubted and laughed at you through all these years.

"Life's too short. That's not a prediction."

Lol, you really think The Oracle is dead? *laughs*

She was supposedly "dead" after Smith got to her, yet it was her that came through in the end when the chips were down. I think we all can remember how that turned out?

Her presence in the System is vital. Halborn must be dealt with.

"BRB RECOMPILIN'" is all that comes to mind regarding the Oracle's "death."

Please the machines won't deal with him.  One of the Agents in the critical mission said they won't be taking any Hostile action.  So what's left, Ask him to leave, again, but more STERNLY!

I don't doubt she has a back-up of her source code somewher. If not, I have a feeling Sati may be taking up her role very soon.

This thought came to me as I was settling down for the night, and it's something so in-from-left-field odd that I got up from my warm, cozy bed to post about it:

What if Persephone may be stepping in to fill the role of the Oracle? There is evidence that she could do this. She has intiuitive abilities, not quite as powerful as the Oracle's, but close. In one of the critical missions, she refers to the Oracle as "mother". And it seems she's covertly looking for a way out from under her husband's thumb... what if she's indirectly jockeying into position to take over as "the mother of the Matrix"...? I doubt she'll be baking cookies, but there might be something to that kiss she asks as a favor in exchange for small things rendered to various Redpills...
