An allusion to Halborn's desires being unfulfilled?
Just something to note, while doing the mission with my lvl 29 alt during the appearance of the accelerated exiles Colt didn't bother attacking them as they were such low levels for him. Don't know if that is a bug or whatever but thought I'd mention it.

If you right click him and select "Follow" after he's done on the computer, then he will attack.
Yea for some reason you have to double click him to follow you again then he attacks. He probably would have attacked automatically if one of the accelerated exiles had attacked him (which would make sense as he's the one at the computer) but they didn't.
Niobe is confused and angry about the Oracle 
She wonders why she seemed to just let Halborn find her in the end, but all that time she let Zion try to protect her too! Ghost was also trying to figure out what the Oracle meant when she said she was counting on Zion to do something at the right time! Tyndall explains how everyone back in Zion feels and then sends us to see Colt! Colt is angry and wants to take it out on the override programs with me! We got to bring Colt along as a helper! How cool is that! 
Tyndall sends us to a place they think some override programs might be! The operator picks up a wierd computer signal, and Colt goes to take a look at it, then the override programs appear and attack! We win! Tyndall calls and says Carlyne wants to meet and talk! Carlyne is sad that he couldn't stop Halborn by now, but he thinks he has another plan and will be in touch soon! Well, okay :O Tyndall says she will pass on the message but wonders if, now that the Oracle is gone, if removing Halborn is a real major benefit or not because then the Machines would just focus on Zion again!

I just wish command had realized that removing him was always against our interests. We could've had a much better relationship with him by now, instead of souring it by doing everything we could to prevent the inevitable... Because let's be honest, the damned old woman let him get her.
Like she hasn't done that before? Hell...let herself get "killed" twice in as many days
