To anyone who can help out:

My captain's status and my first mate swapped places. Now I am the first mate, and my first mate's the captain. I tried filling out a CSR ticket but SOE never responded. If someone can look into this, that'd be great:

Character Name: Kilobit
Faction name: Network Imperium
Ship Name: HvCft. Go'el
Server: Vector

You could disabandon the crew and remake it or try sending in another ccr.

SOE suggested that I disband/reband my crew, but one of my faction mates, who experienced the same issue, said that this does not work and the only way to fix it is to have a rep look at my account. Would one of you high-level folks mind taking a look? Thanks!

Why don't you just ask your FM the one who got switched to Captain to switch back??

Because to be honest the fact that you said it just switched sounds a little fishy to me, Also if its accidental they might not switch it back as well.

The problem your friend is referring to about it not working when Disbanding is where the database doesn't actually remove you from the crew even though it looks like you have just left it but that can be fixed by a CSR because I've had the problem a few times myself.
