When I was in Datamine the other day, the system said I was no longer susceptible to PvP. As you can see by the screenie, the flag is down. This happened more than once. However, I was still susceptible and engaged in pvp as the next screenie will show. The screenshots are two different times. I left datamine and then came back and the same result.
I picked up a satelite luggable and then dropped it. I noticed a few min after I dropped it that my flag appeared to be down.
