Operatives responded in large numbers to an outbreak of the Smith Virus in Downtown. Although the strain of the massive battle literally brought the simulation to a halt at one point, the operatives finally prevailed, with Ventio taking the shot that finally brought the virus down. Smaller manifestations of the virus throughout a large part of the district followed, but at this time we believe that operatives have the situation well in hand.

Oh by The Great Shiny Bald Head of Morpheus, thank the Oracle this villian was taken down on Recursion! Hopefully the rest of the Instances will fair as well against such an insidious outbreak of dastardly evil!

Perhaps the Smith as a Virus has changed it's personality quite a bit because I remember Smith being much more talkative as if loving the sound of his own voice. Liked to make sure the person knew what he was 'feeling'.

The Smith we see now is much more blunt, short sentences like he can hardly be bothered to even communicate...
