Bugged Baseball Caps?

Came across these two items today (Or rather a friend showed me one and i discovered i had a similar item in my code archive already) and was wondering what the deal is here, no image shows up of them, and although they say they're male, my friend couldn't put them on, said he was the wrong gender.



Are they bugged or whats going on here?

It's a bug, there's not supposed to be enhanced baseball caps in the game. They're not wearable because buffs were just kind of randomly thrown onto different styles of clothing, I believe, and happened to be on the enhanced baseball caps which weren't supposed to be there.

Oooh, the dreaded ghost hat... scary!

(This could be an interesting side-story about a bugged hat that contains ghost Exile code that either kills or posesses the wearer.)
