what settings do you guys use in Imageready to save an animated .Gif file that it looks crisp and not gritty? I'd like to know and I'm sure others would to. Thanks in advance.

It depends greatly on the image palette. I don't use imageready, so I can't confirm the options but I would imagine that you can set it to use either "system palette" or "custom" which is made adaptively for each frame, giving you the best colour options.
