Noob question about the Simulacrum

Hello all,

Have tried searching everywhere for this answer, but cannot find any info.  On my Logic Daemon s.0, when I mouse over the skill, it shows 1/25.  What does this mean?  All the skills I have are upgraded to my level, but it still says 1/25.  Any help would be appreciated.

   It's most likely a legacy of a time (probably during beta) when those abilities could be leveled, and the UI was never changed.

Could it be the 'Buffer' you are referring to?

When you 'buff' someone with an upgrade, it fills the bar according to how many points the ability requires to do so.

No, I understand how the "Buff" slots work.  But I am thinking its the Beta thing that just never got removed.  Oh well, thanks for the replies all.

Yeah, don't worry I know what you mean.
That ability cannot be level'd it's just there because the Dev's haven't taken it out yet.

Oh and in the future save the 'noob questions' for the Redpill Rescue board

ya you wll find others like that too, only one atm i can think of the top of my head is Master Shadow
