How to party like you're level 2

This is looking a little long so I figured I'd better indulge in a separate thread; also, it takes place after most of the awesome screenshots in the MXO 3rd Anniversary Party Screenshots thread.

Due to foot-dragging, spying, and various server shenanigans, I was a little late making a Syntax character and trying to get to Virrago's anniversary party in Camon Heights Park.
