Accidently deleted my blips

Trying to get rid of a luggable waypoint that wouldn't shift, i accidently removed my blips, all me flags and stuff...question is, is there anyway to put them back, or am i gonna have to track down each and every place i had them and reflag...cause that'd be a bit of a nightmare.

Probably the latter i'm thinking
