I was playing MxO fine last night. I come home today to play and when I run the launcher it keeps telling me that it's patching ALL game files.
Does this happen a lot? How can I fix it?

Patcher keeps trying to download game when it is already installed.

If you are running the station launcher it is scanning the files not dling them. After the first full scan it goes faster subsequent times.
If you are running only the actual MxO launcher that seems very odd.
I am running the MxO laucher, not the station launcher.
Edit: My MxO folder is only 426 Megs, is that right? Seems like it should be bigger.

Not including screenshots your MxO folder and the subfolders in it should total at about 5.67GB
