When I see Halborn angry I can't help but think "Hulk mad! Hulk smash!" (he does have a green tint as opposed to Colbard's blue tint)

Not much to say about this mission, just go around talking to people who to be honest don't reveal much.
If you talk to the Oracle twice, what she says the second time is kind of suspicious. 
Hmm...we need a Zionist to do a summary. I'm too lazy to do the crit on my own this week, got too far behind.
WTB someone's time to grind the Zion rep for me? :3 I like doing the summaries, but I don't have any characters with enough Zion rep.
Well first Tyndall sends you to talk to Ghost, who tells you that Halbon survived and the Mervs got him to safety, and the slums are still unstable! He also talked about the EPN and Cypherites meetings with the Oracle and those codes she gave them! Then, Tyndall hears from Carlyne, so you see him next, and he says he plans to finish Halborn off while he is weak! But, he says it is best to do it on his own. Tyndall tries to send you somewhere else in an emergency but her message is cut off! The operator is totally confused too! When you arrive at the next spot you find the Oracle, then the operator is cut off too! The Oracle said she was sorry for doing it but it was necessary, she had a lot she wanted to say, but it wasn't the right time, then she looks at you and says she thinks she made the right choice though. She also said she wasn't sure if she would see us again 
The Oracle leaves, and Tyndall comes back on, finds out what happened, and sends you to tell Niobe! Niobe seems a little angry at the Oracle but says she still has to be found whether she wants to be or not, especially with Halborn after her! This mission ends with Tyndall saying she will contact us if they get any leads about Carlyne, Halborn or the Oracle!
