Anniversary Gift - FX Timers

Ok I'm sure quite a few people are slightly annoyed at this years anniversary event being somewhat 'recycled'
So I think it would be nice if we got a timer increase on the FX's (Code Eye's, Flame Virus etc.) to 3mins.

It still keeps the Perpetuals Special but it makes people who can't get to live events feel a little better.

If the fx were somehow important, I would say that everyone should be given the opportunity to receive longer lasting or perp ones, but as they are just for show they are just nice rewards for doing well at LE's.  No need to make something that is useless but rare, useless and not rare...if you wanted that, there are several clothing items you can wear.

...But if enough of these fx were used would it really be that much trouble?...how old are our servers?
