Wii's and the net

Any1 have a Wii? i got 1 for christmas and just bought the net for £4:50 lol lying in bed on the Wii FTW?

I have a Wii but no wifi router/modem and I haven't got around to buying the wifi adaptor yet.

wifi adaptor? i have a wireless network set up for the upstairs computer and the laptops in the house. wasnt aware you needed a specific adaptor/router? i sure dont have an adaptor for it since i already have the wireless but you can still wire it up though the ethernet cable in the back :S but then you have to have a might long cable if its upstairs ^^

I don't have anything special set up, and mine is running fine.

Yup, Wii's got wireless built in, as long as you've got a wireless network going you should be able to hook er' up fine.

And yes, internet channel is sweet ^_^

Anyone want a wii friend? what sorta games do you suggest for it? best i got was medal of honor (quite good use of the controllers

Wrong. I dont...simply cos it aint out yet here...then il have it

I have a single-machine cable modem rather than a wireless or multi-machine router which could talk to my Wii.  Since I'm using ethernet for the internet already I need to get a little gadget to plug into the back of my computer that enables it to talk to the Wii so I can access web channel that way... that makes sense... right?
