MXO character name generation problem/error MS_Accountinuse

Hello I have recently re-activated my MXo account & I am trying to generate my character but I only appear to make it as far as making the characters name because since last night everyname I try has been taken or I get the error MS_accountinuse so I have been driven to just randomly mash some buttons on me keyboard so its just a random jumbled up mess for my character name but its still ms_accountinuse and i get this error when I try to delete a character call Hatsumomo on vector-hostile. why is this happening whay cant I generate a name for my character ?

Send a PM to TSR_ChrisL I think.  He should be able to unlock your account.

Or if you haven't got it sorted yet and still have the error, try jumping on live chat at http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bi...nduser/live.php providing it is still open and they should be able to fix it.

If it has closed you could also try ingame support at http://support.station.sony.com/petition and they should also be able to help.

Something to keep in mind in the future... Deleting a character often will cause your account to become stuck. To release a stuck account follow the instructions in this thread:
